GLXN Labs ("we", "our", "us") develops and publishes games and applications on the Apple App Store. This privacy policy applies to all apps and games published by GLXN Labs. It explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use any of our apps.
Our apps are designed to be suitable for all ages, including children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete that information.
Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Game progress, preferences, and other local data (such as high scores and settings) are stored on your device and are not sent to any server.
Some of our apps use Google AdMob to display ads. Where ads are present, AdMob is configured for child-directed treatment, which means:
AdMob may collect certain device information (such as device type and operating system version) for the purpose of serving ads. This data is not used for tracking or building user profiles. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
The only third-party service used by our apps is Google AdMob for advertising, and only in apps that display ads. No analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party SDKs are included unless otherwise stated on the individual app's listing.
We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. This policy covers all current and future apps published by GLXN Labs unless an app provides its own separate policy.
